Led the planning and execution of quantitative user research, and synthesized findings into actionable insights that enhanced the ideation of prioritized for launch initiatives within the existing strategy of the client’s business assets.
Rapidly created high-fidelity flows for a product launch in compliance with the client's new Design System, achieving UI sign-off within a week and reducing development time and costs.
Conducted UX assessment for the airline and based on the identified inconsistencies suggested design interventions. Validated design decisions through multiple remote user testing of created high-fidelity prototypes. Incorporated iterations based on the findings that reduced users’ confusion and mitigated the risk of dropout.
During the app release, worked closely with developers to address issues, resolve bugs, modify designs, and provide specifications for edge and empty cases based on feasibility assessments.
